OVERVIEW
The Hill Top House commands an exclusive status and is a traditional stone house located in Agria Triada 15 minutes away from the old historic town of Rethymno and a stone throw away from the beautiful sandy beach of Platanes.
The panoramic views of the sea, mountain, and olive groves are second to none. It has two levels and built using a cottage style with stone-brick walls. The veranda is stone-tiled with a lush yard and also a stone-brick wall. You'll find outdoor a barbecue and clay oven.
A visitor could go strolling in the various alleys of Venetian Harbour (known as Fortezza) from this villa in the Crete. It is a fortress built by Venetians. There are all sorts here—boutiques, coffee shops, bakery, restaurants and lot more.
LAYOUT
On the ground level is a living room with a fireplace with a fully equipped kitchen that houses a fridge and oven. A beautiful garden surrounds this villa in Crete, including barbecue facilities. Also on the ground level is the first bedroom with two twin beds and one bedroom and a shower perfect for wheelchair users. A washing machine is also available in this bathroom.
On the first level, you'll find the main bedroom that features air-condition and en suite bathroom and a toilet. Also, a double bed and a cupboard will be located here.
The main bedroom features a beautiful verandah that offers a seemingly endless panoramic view of both the mountain and olive tree plantations on the left and right respectively. The second room is just next to it and has a double iron bed with en suite bathroom, a shower and toilet.
